Q: How much does a CaringBoost subscription cost?

A: Our mission at CaringBoost is to provide affordable access to reliable family caregiver education. That's why we price our normal annual subscription at $99 a year (which is less than the average cost of a single day for home health). We also offer family bundle discounts and recently created this monthly subscription option for $15 a month. After this 30 day free trial, you'll be signed up at the $15/month rate, but you always have the option to cancel at any time or change to another plan.

Q: How do I know CaringBoost is right for me?

A: CaringBoost is for anyone who is not a medical professional, but is helping to take care of an aging or ailing person in the home. So if you are someone who has taken on the responsibility to care for a spouse, parent, other relative, friend or neighbor - then you are a "family caregiver." And CaringBoost can help on your caregiving journey.

Q: On what devices can I access CaringBoost?

A: CaringBoost is available on any device that has access to the internet - smartphones, tablets, laptop or desktop computers. You never have to download anything or update apps. Whenever you login, you'll always get the freshest content.

Q: Do I have to follow the lessons in a certain order?

A: Nope. In fact that’s one of the things that makes CaringBoost unique. It is set up so you can easily jump between topics as they relate to your immediate circumstances. But if you are feeling overwhelmed, the lesson on Observing General Health is a good place to start. Click here. to watch that lesson’s “Show Me How” video, which will give you the basics to start building confidence in your skills.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted? Is it secure?

A: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  We use Stripe (the standard in online payments) to process payments using a valid credit or debit card. Stripe maintains the integrity of your credit card information by keeping it on their secure server and sending invoices directly to you, so your financial information is always safe.

Q: Do you offer group subscriptions or enterprise plans?
